The terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to and govern any services used by you ("You", the "user") and marketed by us under the brand name "Rustypot" including any services provided through any website with a domain name ending "Rustypot.com" (the "Website"), and to any email and other correspondence between us relating to such a service.

Participation

By placing a trade on Rustypot.com you are 18 years of age or over, of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions. Rustypot.com comes with no guarantees, expressed or implied, in connection with the service which is provided to you "as is" and we provide you with no warranty whatsoever regarding its quality, completeness or accuracy. As such, Rustypot.com cannot be held responsible in any event, direct, indirect or consequential with the use of the website.

Rustypot.com reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel any trade at any time. When a platform is suspended, any trades entered will be on hold. Rustypot.com also reserves the right to cease trading at any time without notice.

We also have a rule system that we encourage all players to acknowledge to avoid any further problems. Those rules are as follows: When a coinflip has been played and you are the winner of said coinflip. You will have 10 minutes to accept the trade the bot will present you with. If you don't accept the trade within 10 minutes you will not be liable for a full refund if the platform is in suspended mode. Therefore we offer to refund your deposit only. After 1 hour you will have to contact Customer Support via Support to obtain your winnings. If 12 hours passes your coinflip will become invalid and unavailable to withdraw.

We use this ruling to protect ourselves. So all we ask in return to avoid these problems is that you accept your winnings instantly and do not go AFK while playing on the website.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Lost Items

If any loss occur during a trade caused by a software or network issue, you have 12 hours to make a claim by emailing us at [email protected] or contacting our discord support, after which these items will be considered surrendered. We strongly encourage you to withdraw your winning as soon as possible to avoid any issues. However the total value won will stay the same.

For every round played on Rustypot.com a 0-10% commission will be taken. It is calculated of the total pot value and is taken from the item pool.

Grub Bucks & Points

Grub Bucks and Points are virtual credits for use on Rustypot.com only. They have no real world value, are not a currency or property of any kind, and cannot be exchanged, sold or redeemed for real money.

Grub Bucks and Points can only be used through the Website's trades and features. Rustypot.com reserves the right to adjust or remove any balance obtained through misuse of the system.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. This website contains material which is owned by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Restricted Regions

You may not use Rustypot.com if doing so is illegal or restricted in the country or region you are located in or are a resident of. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply to you.

You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other method to hide your location or get around these restrictions. If we believe you have accessed Rustypot.com from a restricted region, or have attempted to get around these restrictions, we may suspend or close your account and any items, winnings, Grub Bucks or Points on it may be forfeited.
